These SMS Terms & Conditions apply to the customer-care text messaging program operated by Code The Cloud, LLC (the brand you are messaging). This is not an affiliate marketing, lead-generation, or third-party promotional messaging program.
Code The Cloud sends customer-care text messages from our business phone number. Messages may include replies after you call or text us, answers to your questions, appointment or callback confirmations, and related service follow-ups you requested.
You give consent directly to Code The Cloud by calling or texting our business number. We send the first outbound text only after your inbound call or inbound text. Consent is campaign-specific to this customer-care program and is not bundled into an unrelated agreement. We do not buy, sell, or transfer messaging opt-in lists.
Message frequency varies based on your conversation, typically a few messages per request plus any confirmation or reminder you asked for. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. You will receive one confirmation and no further texts from this program. Reply HELP for help, or email support@codethecloud.org.
