Code The Cloud, LLC ("we", "us") operates the phone number and text messaging program associated with our business. This policy explains what information we collect when you call or text us, and how we use it for customer care.
When you call or text us, we receive your mobile phone number, the messages you send, and details you choose to share (such as your name, the question or work you need help with, and any files you send). We also keep basic technical logs needed to run and secure the service.
We use this information only to provide customer care for Code The Cloud: answering your questions, following up on missed calls, confirming appointments or callbacks, and sending related service messages you requested. We do not use your mobile number for unrelated advertising campaigns.
We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We may use service providers that help us deliver messages and host the service (for example, our telecommunications carrier and cloud host), solely as needed to operate the messaging program. Those providers are not permitted to use your mobile information for their own marketing.
Message frequency varies based on your conversation with us. You typically receive a few messages per request, plus any confirmation or reminder you asked for. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will get one confirmation and then no further texts from that program. Reply HELP for help. See our SMS Terms & Conditions.
When you join a waitlist on our website (such as QuickBooks Online → Outlook or Xero → Outlook), we collect your email address, your company name if you provide it, and the page or link you came from. We use this only to contact you about that product. We never sell or share it. Ask us to remove you at any time at support@codethecloud.org.
Messages and related details are stored with our cloud provider and kept only as long as needed to serve you and meet legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
