For Microsoft 365 teams who relied on SharePoint Alerts

SharePoint's daily digest, back.

Microsoft retired SharePoint Alerts in 2026. The replacement rules send an email for every change, with no daily or weekly summary, and they need edit rights to set up. We send each person one clean digest of what changed in the libraries and lists they follow.

Questions

Frequently asked

Didn't Microsoft replace Alerts?

With Rules and Power Automate. Rules send an email per change with no digest, and need edit permission. Power Automate can build a digest, but it takes a flow per list and someone to maintain it.

What permissions does it need?

Read access to the SharePoint sites you choose and permission to send the digest email. It never changes your files.

Do you store my passwords?

No. You sign in with each service directly, and we only use the access needed for this one job.

When will it launch?

We build the tools enough people ask for. If this one gets enough interest, early-access members get it first, and we'll email you the day it's ready.
